Hydrostatic bailer Type ZGS

APPLICATION

The Hydrostatic Bailer Type ZGS is devoted for clearing oil, gas and exploratory wells with lower layer pressure from clay mortar, sludge, sand, scales and small subjects without washing.

CONSTRUCTION

The Hydrostatic Bailer Type ZGS operates due to fluid pressure drop between well and the hydrostatic chamber. Tubing –89 is used as the hydrostatic chamber that allows regulating absorbing force due to changing of chamber length in field terms. The hydrostatic chamber is covered by two valves. The chamber is opening during cutting the shear screws. The bottom valve screw is cut first. Absorbing of fluid and different subjects from the well face is carried out through the guide with the flapper valve into the intake chamber. Tubing –89 is also used as the intake chamber. During further bailer lowering the valve is opened. The hydrostatic chamber is connecting with the lowering string that prevents appearance of overpressure during bailer lifting out. Keeping of the chamber contents is carried out due to the guide with flapper valve. Hexahedral pipes of the valve connections allow transferring torque up to 15 kNm and using the bailer with fishing and milling tools.
