Non-Releasing Spears Type TVP

Application

The STS Spears Type TVP are internal catch fishing tools designed to retrieve tubular items from oil, gas and exploratory well bores.

Construction

The basic Releasing Spear consists of a mandrel, top sub and dies. The string catching process is carried out by spear lifting due to dies moving into mandrel grooves type “dovetail” and locking between mandrel and tube inside.

When ordering, please specify:

Assembly name and size;
Version (LH or RH);
Mandrel connection thread if other than stated in the table;

Recommended spares for each size of rod overshots:

3 (three) dies set for every spear type TVP
