Taper Taps type MES and MSZ
Application
The STS Taper Taps are designed to retrieve members from the oil, gas and exploratory well bores. This Taper Tap catches a fish by screwing in tubing box thread (type MES ) and drilling pipes locks (type MSZ ).
Construction
The Taper Taps are designed like a single piece construction with thread type top connection and external fishing thread type bottom, having tubing shape thread or lock thread with tightness. Taper taps are manufactured from high grade alloy and forged steel. Thread surface is cemented and hardened.
When ordering, please specify:
- Assembly name and nominal size;
- Version (LH or RH);
- Type connecting thread if other than stated in the table;
