APPLICATION
The Hydraulic & Mechanical Double Action Bumper Sub Type 2 MG is designed for the equipment catch elimination during drilling oil and gas wells.
CONSTRUCTION
The Hydraulic & Mechanical Double Action Bumper Sub Type 2 МГ allows to create percussion loading in two direction. Blows “down” are carried out due to the mechanical part of the bumper sub. During string unloading the bumper sub makes delay due to the cam mechanism and disk springs. During overloading cams move from rod grooves. The equipment tears off and blows “down”. Blows “up” are carried out due to the hydraulic part of the bumper sub. During string unloading the bumper sub makes delay due to the cam mechanism and disk springs. Abrasion delay is carried out due to minimization of hydraulic liquid through piston. When piston reaches grooves on the body the flow of hydraulic liquid increases, the equipment tears off and blows “up”.
