Retriever type TI
APPLICATION:
The Retriever is designed to catch and remove an anchor with connected device or mechanism from the pipe string of oil, gas and exploratory well bores.
CONSTRUCTION:
The Retriever consists of a body, slip type fishing device and centralizer. The Retriever body consists of two parts connected by a metric thread. The upper part of the body has a pin connecting thread to connect the fishing head with the wire-securing device. The centralizer spring-actuated plates are placed in matching slots of the upper part of the body and secured by half-rings. Spring-actuated jaws are placed in the tapered bore at the bottom part of the retriever body and designed to catch the anchor at the fishing head.
