Hydraulic Jar Tester type 1 IS and 2 IS

APPLICATION:

The hydraulic jar tester type 1 IS and 2 IS is designed to check and test the hydraulic jars and jar intensifiers in work and repair shops.

CONSTRUCTION:

The hydraulic jar consists of a frame, two pull plates mounted on the frame, a double action hydraulic cylinder fixed on the frame, an oil-filled control panel and a high-pressure hose for connecting cylinder to oil panel. The frame consists of two crossbeams fastened together with some vertical holes. One of the pull plates is connected with the hydraulic cylinder rod and the second is fixed on different frame sections with the help of cylinder fixing devices, depending on the length of the tested tool. The tool being tested is fixed to pull plates with special threaded bushings help. The tester control panel has a pressure control valve, a piston directional switcher with neutral position, a pressure gauge and a table to convert the pressure readings (mPa) to axial loading (tons).
